The world continues to be full of stories about the horrors of government-run health care that the US media can’t be bothered to report on. Brock Lesnar, Ultimate Fighting Heavyweight Champion of the World, would be out of a job if he’d stayed in the Canada hospital where he first ended up. The doctors lacked the equipment they needed to diagnose his problems, and were planning on performing surgery which would have ended his career – or life.
Their CT machine was broken, and they were waiting for a replacement. They could not take a picture of my stomach. If they would have had the ability to take the picture, they would have seen I had holes inside me. If I stayed at that Canadian hospital, at best I would have been retired and would have to wear a colostomy bag. At worst, I could have died.
Instead, he fled the hospital and had his wife drive 100MPH to get him over the border and into an American hospital as quickly as possible. He was lucky. Not everyone has the ability to run to America for the best health care in the world – as even some Canadian government officials do. Kane Gorny, a twenty-two year old man in England, “died in agony of dehydration after three days in a leading teaching hospital.”
Kane Gorny was so desperate for a drink that he rang police to beg for their help. They arrived on the ward only to be told by doctors that everything was under control. The next day his mother Rita Cronin found him delirious and he died within hours. She said nurses had failed to give him vital drugs which controlled fluid levels in his body. ‘He was totally dependent on the nurses to help him and they totally betrayed him.’
Naturally, there is an investigation underway, for all the good that will do Kane. He is just another of thousands of recent deaths-by-doctor in England that we – who are not dependent upon the MSM for our “news” – have read about. They all died because they were reliant upon an inefficient, bureaucratic, unaccountable farce of a health care system – which is exactly what we do not have here in America today (just ask Brock Lesnar, who’s telling anyone who will listen), but is exactly what the Democrats are trying to give us.
